Preparation Time Before Heading Out
Kimono dressing and hair styling take about 30 minutes, but including reception, choosing your Kimono and accessories, and organizing your belongings, the average total prep time is around 1 to 1.5 hours.
When it's not busy, you may be ready in as little as 45 minutes, but during peak seasons, please allow for around 1 hour.

Women: 145–175 cm tall (4’9’’ to 5’9’')
Men: 155–190 cm tall (5’1’’ to 6’3’')
・The “Next Day Return” option cannot be added after payment.
Please select this option at the time of booking or before checkout.
※ We do not accept returns by mail.
・Please return your Kimono directly to the shop while still wearing it.
・For group plans, all group members must arrive together.
・Hakama and Furisode rentals are not available under the group plan.

Asakusa Kimono Group – Plan Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add options on the day of rental?
Yes, even if you didn’t select any options when booking, you can still add them on the day of your visit. Please feel free to ask our staff.
Can children use the Group Rental Plan?
Yes, they can. Girls who are 145cm (4’9’’) or taller and boys who are 155cm (5’1’’) or taller may rent Kimono using this plan. Please note that we offer adult-size Kimono only—no children's Kimono are available.
We booked a group plan. Can we arrive at different times?
We’re sorry, but all members of the group must arrive together at the same time.
Can a group of only men use the Group Plan?
Yes! The Group Plan is available for any gender combination as long as there are 3 or more people.
Our group has 3 women, but one wants to wear a Hakama. Can we still use the Group Plan?
In this case, 2 people will use the Kimono Full Set, and 1 person will need to book the Hakama or Furisode Plan separately. Thank you for your understanding.
