3 things to keep in mind when renting men’s yukata in Asakusa

Point 1
Range of men’s yukata

At many kimono rental shops in Asakusa, the selection of women's yukata tends to be much larger than that of men's. Since most rental customers are women, it's common for shops to focus more on women’s styles.
Some shops offer very limited options for men, so it’s something to watch out for.
At our shop, however, we make sure that men can also enjoy coordinating their look—offering a variety of yukata textures even in the same color and ensuring a well-rounded selection across all sizes.

Distance from the station and sightseeing spots

Our Asakusa store is situated in an ideal location with great access to public transport and sightseeing spots, just 1 minute from Asakusa Station on the Ginza Subway line and Tobu Skytree line, and 3 minutes from Toei Asakusa line. A short walk will take you to local sights like Sensoji Temple and Kaminarimon (3 minutes), Nakamise Shopping Street (2 minutes), and Shin-Nakamise Shopping Street (1 minute), plus there’s a taxi stand right in front of the store in case you want to go further.

Yukata and geta sandals sizing

The correct size is essential to look your best in men’s yukata. In the wrong size, even the best yukata might not look as you expected. At our store, we have yukata available for heights between 155–190 cm, as well as geta sandals in large sizes.

Time needed to get ready

It takes about 15 minutes for us to dress you in the yukata, while the entire process including reception, selecting a yukata and accessories, and storing belongings, typically takes around 45 minutes. On quiet days, it can take 30 or 40 minutes, but during busy seasons, please allow for around an hour. The time you’ll need depends on how long it takes to select the yukata and accessories, as well as how busy the store is on that day, so please take these times as a reference only.

・You may not extend to next-day return after payment is complete. Please ask for next-day return when you make your booking or before you pay.
